FBP Promotes Seasoned Employee to Associate Director of Fencing Category

Michael Jones, sales and product specialist, will develop the category’s high-security sector

Continuing the expansion of their fencing portfolio, Fortress Building Products appointed Michael Jones to Associate Director, Fencing Category, earlier this month. In this leadership position, Jones will support the increase of aluminum, steel and composite fencing product sales, with an added emphasis on cultivating growth throughout the company's high-security fencing division.

Jones started with the company as a Territory Sales Manager, eventually working his way to Fencing Product Manager and most recently as Fencing Senior Product Manager. Already well versed on the company’s fencing solutions, the experienced Fortress® employee brings over eight years of product knowledge to the Associate Director position. His impressive sales and product management efforts will play a guiding hand in his newfound responsibility of driving the creation, development and commercialization of new products within the fencing category.

“Michael has always represented the Fortress spirit. He puts our customers first and is constantly on the lookout for innovative solutions to better serve their needs,” said Toby Bostwick, VP of Product and Brand at Fortress Building Products. “His enthusiasm for the fencing family of products will be the driving force we need to successfully reach new markets, especially throughout the high-security sector.”

In addition to high-security perimeter fencing, Fortress Building Products also offers an innovative breadth of versatile and durable fencing product lines for residentialcommercial and industrial applications.
